Patient-centred care, shaped by a lifelong love of health and movement
With over five years of clinical experience, Janice is a passionate chiropractor who brings professional expertise and a lifelong connection to health and movement to every appointment. Having grown up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, an active lifestyle came naturally — and staying physically active played a significant role in shaping her appreciation for how the body moves and performs.
Janice completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. Since graduating, she has continued to expand her expertise through ongoing professional education — including a meaningful experience volunteering with Hands on India during a two-week trip in 2024.
Janice enjoys treating patients of all ages. Her approach is patient-centred and holistic, with a focus on relieving pain while improving function, mobility, and overall quality of life. She draws on a broad range of techniques, selecting the most appropriate approach for each individual.
Still highly active herself, Janice understands firsthand the physical demands of sport, work, and everyday life. She strongly believes in the value of ongoing chiropractic care — not only for managing injury, but as a proactive approach to maintaining spinal health, nervous system function, and long-term wellbeing.
"I believe great care goes beyond treating symptoms. It's about understanding each person's body, their lifestyle, and their goals — then building a plan that supports them for the long term."
