A lifelong Northern Beaches local with a passion for sport and spinal health
Alex is an enthusiastic and committed chiropractor who completed both his Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and postgraduate Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University — where he was fortunate to be mentored by some of Australia’s most respected chiropractors. As a practising chiropractor, Alex continues his professional development at every opportunity, with a particular interest in sports injury care and preventative treatment.
Alex has always called the Northern Beaches home. A keen sportsman throughout his life, he has competed in rugby league, rugby union, soccer, and basketball — and brings firsthand knowledge of the physical demands these sports place on the body. This personal experience gives him a deep understanding of how injuries affect everyday life, and what it truly takes to recover and perform at your best.
Alex’s journey into chiropractic was a personal one: a significant lower back injury during competitive sport led him to try chiropractic after other avenues hadn’t delivered results. The outcome was transformative — and it inspired him to build a career helping others achieve the same. He now channels that experience into providing high-quality care for his own patients, with a focus on optimal health and lasting wellbeing.
"I know from personal experience how transformative good chiropractic care can be. It's why I do this — to give every patient the same chance I had to get back to doing what they love."
